Photo Booth Terms and Conditions

Definitions
1.1 The “Client” means the person/s, organisation or company booking the photo booth with the “Company”.
1.2 The “Company” means Big Image Ltd.

Bookings
2.1 All equipment remains the property of the Company at all times.
2.2 By placing an order via e-mail it is deemed that the Client has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by the Company's terms and conditions of hire.
2.3 In the event of traffic or other uncontrollable circumstance preventing the Company from being able to fulfil its contracted obligations the Company's liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event, or a pro rata reduction in the fee in the event of a delayed start. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.

Prices, Deposit & Balance Payments
3.1 All bookings are subject to payment of a £100 deposit by the Client and no booking is confirmed until that deposit has been received by the Company.
3.2 The Client has 7 days from the Company's confirmation of the booking to pay the deposit and confirm the booking. If the deposit is not paid within that period then no booking will exist.
3.3 Deposits are not refundable.
3.4 The balance is to be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event.
3.5 Advertised prices are subject to change without prior notification, but this shall not affect any booking that has already been confirmed.

Cancellations
4.1 If a booking is cancelled at any time then the deposit will be forfeited. If an booking is cancelled after the full fee has been paid but more than 7 days before the date of the event then 50 percent of the full fee will be refunded. No refund will be made if an event is cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

Equipment
5.1 The Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Company's equipment at the event that is caused by any misuse of its customers or its guests or any theft or disaster including, but not limited, to fire or flooding.
5.2 The Company requires a workspace of 9ft (W) x 6ft (D) x 8ft (H) in addition to reasonable space for the Client's customers or guests to enter and exit the booth. The client will be responsible for providing suitable space as well as providing a standard working plug socket for power to the hired booth at that workspace.
5.3 All goods remain the property of the Company at all times.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.

Site Location, Facilities & Conduct
6.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by the Company's representative or if the Client has failed to notify the company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from the Company's vehicle to the installation site. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.
6.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of the event and at all times during the event. It is not the responsibility of the Company to oversee, manage or control the conduct and behaviour of the Client's guests or customers or members of the public.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from the site if at any time if in the sole opinion of the Company's representative the conduct of guests or customers of the Client or members of the public endangers the safety of any person present or of the equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and the full fee will be due to the Company.

Liability & Insurance
7.1 The Client agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or theft of the Company’s equipment whilst on hire.
7.2 The Company accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal property andf or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.

Use of Images
8.1 The Company owns the exclusive copyright for all photographs taken by its staff and or equipment; no photographs are within the public domain.
8.2 The Client gives the Company irrevocable permission to use images taken at their event to be used on the Company's website, social media pages and for advertising and promotional purposes.
8.3 If the Client is unhappy with the Company's use of a particular photograph on its website, they must notify the Company by email giving details of the image and its location on the website. The image will be removed as soon as is practicable.

Delivery, set-up and removal
9.1 Delivery, set up and removal of the equipment is included in the fee.
